SCAM!!!! They take your money and never ship anything. They should be in jail. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dischonest company.
I ordered contacts many weeks ago. You could have walked them across the United States by this time. I reached out and received the dumbest reason that the USPS was short people and backed up. Everyone else shipping USPS has no issues but these folks coming up with a lame excuse like that is nuts. I've made it clear I don't receive the contacts within two days, I'm backing out the charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This is Not a US company & it will take a month to get your order & even longer to get a refund when they screw up! I’ve had Zero communication from Customer service, when I do call I get the run around & they tell me they are still waiting for the order to be returned 3 weeks later. I ask for a manager but I’m told no manager is available & someone will call but no one calls. This company is BS. Save your time & money.
I bought my contacts (with a valid prescription) and received them quickly and that’s when the problem started. Between the time I bought and received them, my eye doctor scheduled another exam out of concern. Suddenly in a time of two weeks, my prescription changed. I received an rma number and mailed back my unopened lenses with the NEW prescription information. The lenses were returned to their WA state liaison with tracking. It has now been one month and still no replacement lenses. I have called and emailed. I have had no resolution. One would believe their liaison in WA state could send a message and tell them the contact lenses have been received and please expedite the replacement lenses. That would be too easy though. There is truth in the statement “you get what you pay for”.
Tried to place an order for contacts but their web site put me in an endless loop when trying to check out. I opted to check out as guest and got as far as shipping options. I updated the order, but the only option was to proceed to checkout, which started the whole process over again.
Three things.
Their FAQ says that their orders will be shipped out within 48 hours if it's in stock. I ordered my contacts during Thanksgiving (US) week. The company is located in Canada. They do NOT celebrate Thanksgiving in November. It's been almost 2 weeks and still have not shipped my contacts out.
Also it says that the processing fee is only $2.99. I was charged $7.99 for my order.
I contacted them about it, and there's no response even though it's been days. There's no update on the order either.
I'm currently going through PayPal to get my money back. If it's cheap, there's a reason for it.

I called right after I placed 2 separate orders and they told me that to cancel the orders I would have to pay a 5% cancellation fee. I had to pay $26.18 between the two orders I cancelled. I will NEVER buy from them again. All I wanted to do was get the proper prescription for my orders but they charged me anyway. Thieves !!

I read all of the reviews below and was very apprehensive about ordering from them. I decided to give it a try and hope for the best. I did add the express shipping option hoping that would give me a better chance of getting them a little faster.
Unfortunately I did a really boneheaded thing and miskeyed the ZIP Code on my order. So once the order shipped it got hung up at the wrong ZIP Codes post office on the opposite side of the state.
PSC contacted me about the problem and I gave them the correct ZIP Code. Somehow they managed to get the contacts to me with no further issues. In all it took a few weeks but that’s all on me. I will be ordering from PSC again. The most affordable contacts on the Internet and excellent customer service. Thanks PSC!
I don’t usually order anything online but I decided to order my contacts online through PSC instead of waiting weeks to get them at my eye doctors office and I got my contacts within a week and I’m more than happy I decided to go through this site. You definitely can’t beat their prices and they send you the tracking information so you can see exactly where your package is and when you’ll receive it. I will most definitely only go through them for when I need contacts!
Thank you for being the only contact lens website that does not display low prices on their website only to charge close anywhere from $38-$80 "processing fee". I really dislike deceptive advertising. You got yourself a new loyal customer! Also, I really appreciate the optional low cost insurance fee for in case the contacts are too be damaged or lost on the way.
Have used them for a few years, as they are the only online contact lens retailer I've found who does not charge ridiculously exorbitant processing fees. Prices are always competitive. Shipping is free even though they ship it with a signature confirmation. Customer service in my experience is great; once 1 closed box of lenses was missing 1 lens (manufacturer issue I guess). They did not give me a hard time and sent me a whole new box of lenses. I never had shipping issues, but last time I ordered was pre-COVID. I do plan on ordering from them soon though.
My only complaint is it doesn't remind you at check out that a signature is required to receive the package. Last time I ordered these, I was unaware and was inconvenienced with having to go to the post office to get my lenses because no one was home all day to sign for the package. I was lucky the post office didn't mind that my driver's license address didn't match the delivery address. Otherwise I've never had major problems.

Contacts before I read these reviews and ya’ll has me so worried! My contacts arrived 5 days after I placed the order. So for me - everything worked out. I docked a star because PS contacts never did inform me of shipment or send tracking info.
I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses on August 6th 2020, even paid for their processing fee (which is ridiculous). Lenses we’re supposed to be delivered between 4-7 days. They even sent me an email saying that I’ll be receiving my package August 13th 2020...but the package never arrived!
It’s August 23rd 2020 and nothing.
Package has been held or lost in San Francisco, CA since August 10th.
After a couple of calls, I thought I had fixed the problem, but PSC Contacts Customer Service started playing email tag games with my valuable time.
They won’t refund my money to my cc, because they say their package still in transit (which is a lie)!.
My purchase were NOT backup by PayPal, so that’s the first mistake I made before ordering from PSC.
I Will NEVER do business with this company in the near future + I am recommending everyone that I know (family members & friends to stay away & NOT to buy from “PSC”.
It is not about the $84 something Dollars (USD), it’s about the PRINCIPAL!
If you are looking to buy contact lenses, do it with another company, you will thank yourself later, and save yourself problems, inconveniences, aggravations and lots of headaches!
This company review deserves NO stars at all.
